PrisFix Hollow Axle Clamper

With the help of the µ-PrisFix Hollow Axle Clamper workpieces can be exactly positioned in a hollow axle or directly to the machine table without any effort. This offers the possibility of 360° machining of internal contours and realizing of even extremely complex shapes. Previously, operators had to look for individual clamping solutions which are much more complicated and less precise. The new development is based on proved Carl Hirschmann technology of the patented clamping system µ-PrisFix for positioning of workpieces in processing machines with a repetitive accuracy of 0,5 µm.
